About Us
We are delighted to announce our range of premium roasted coffees available to buy in our unit at Abingdon Street Market Blackpool and are delighted to announce the launch of our online store!.
We roast only the best coffee from different regions of the world to create our signature blends.
Over many years, we have been developing our production techniques and created the infrastructure needed to enable us to bring our strong, smooth range of coffees to the UK.
Founder
Inspired by the coffee culture of the American West Coast and vibrant cities Such as London, Tokyo and Milan, RUUD Coffee was founded in 2025 by Francis Cosgrave.
Following his passion for coffee and dream of creating his own brand of premium coffee he launched Concrete Coffee in the UK in 2024 with two shops, after a very strong first year and with a resoundingly positive response to his bespoke coffee blends, outstanding hospitality and customer service making lot of happy customers and regulars.
Francis is forging forward with the vision of an innovative, urban coffee brand, decided to rebrand to RUUD Coffee.
Roaster
Now with UK roaster. Our production and delivery time has radically shortened, with large orders for wholesale and commercial clients being delivered in 48h's. Our smaller orders will as always be delivered very quickly. In addition to our enthusiasm and focus on the taste and quality of our products, there is one thing that drives us above all else: our genuine interest in the people that drink our coffee and providing products to them that are exceptional.
Chief Roaster
César is our chief roaster. Coffee is a passion for this native Colombian. He has known the diverse world of coffee since his childhood. In addition to his enthusiasm and focus on the taste and quality of our products, there is one thing that drives him above all else: his genuine interest in the people behind the coffee and their culture.

Experience true harmony through the balanced fusion of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans.
Carefully created blend combines the best characteristics of both types of beans to create a full-bodied and well-rounded coffee experience.
The Arabica beans give our blend a soft and round body, which is complemented by a hint of chocolate and gives this coffee its sweet and seductive note. The Robusta component creates an additional dimension through its powerful presence and harmonises perfectly with the strong, spicy stimulant with a full body and a rich brown crema.
Our Shop
We deliver excellent menu, hospitality and service at our shop Abingdon Street Market. Strong coffee, ceremonial matcha, high quality protein shakes and protein coffee, smoothies, CBD shots, kombucha, vitamins smoothies, collagen, MCT and Spirulina shots, hot chocolate with vegan option's, our new white chocolate mocha. Also great range of cakes, treats including vegan and gluten free options.

I have over 25 years in the entertainment, events and hospitality industry. I have been a coffee lover most of my adult life, however when I gave up drinking alcohol many years ago, coffee became an even bigger part of my life.
As a DJ and music producer travelling the world, I have been lucky enough to experience the coffee culture in so many different locations.
I love the community aspect that coffee creates. I have tasted coffee from all over the world, many beans, blends and roasts and when the world & decided I wanted to take this passion further.
